Education & Development

The newly formed Education & Development office focuses on professional IT learning opportunities for the entire campus IT community. Classes and certification opportunities for the university's technical community are designed to keep pace with ever-changing and emerging technologies.

Analyst Training Program

The Analyst Training Program trains individuals to become information analysts on campus, and offers continuing training opportunities for ITS staff and managers and other managers across campus.

Training Services

Training Services offers computer training courses that vary in type, length and skill level on topics that include computer systems, e-mail, the Internet, Web publishing, the Microsoft Office suite, databases, and statistical applications. Lecture-style and hands-on short courses, lasting from one to three hours, are available at no cost to students, faculty, and staff. Special learning opportunities for faculty include technology seminars cosponsored by the Center for Teaching Effectiveness.
