Operations
The Operations unit, including the University Data Centers (UDC), the UDC Facilities group, and the UDC Repair group, manages and staffs the Information Technology Services computing facilities, ensuring critical servers are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The Operations unit also provides services for university departments, including backup and recovery, co-location of servers, computer equipment and repair, and printing.
