I am pleased to introduce the 2007-2008 Annual Report for Information Technology Services (ITS) at The University of Texas at Austin. The past year has been a landmark year for ITS. We have achieved one of our most ambitious goals: to develop a strategic plan that maps out a vision, mission statement, and goals for ITS.
