RESTORED: VMware ESX Outage

Service Restored

Between 02:16 and 10:18 a.m. on November 27,2009, one of the VMware ESX hosts for ITS Virtual Services lost communication with VirtualCenter and hard-powered off the virtual machines that were running on it at the time and the service was unavailable. The service has been restored and is functioning normally.
