Current Service Interruptions

9:23 PM - RESTORED: Austin Windows Terminal Services (WTS)
Service RestoredAt this time, all WTS connections are being established on the healthy node. User sessions should no longer be interrupted. TS02 will remain out of service while cause of this issue is investigated further.
Austin Windows Terminal Services’ node TS02 is unresponsive. Users connected to that node will experience an interruption in service, but will be able to immediately reconnect to wts.austin.utexas.edu and establish a new session.
During this time, WTS users may experience degraded performance, as all users will be sharing a single server. Fortunately, after-hours usage is typically very low.
We apologize for any inconvenience this interruption of WTS has caused.The ITS Help Desk has received reports of connection problems to the Windows Terminal Services from various sources.
