Wireless and Wired Public Internet Access
Networking will be conducting maintenance on some of the PNA servers on Monday, July 30, from 5-6PM. During this maintenance, some PNA-related services will be unavailable. The affected services will be:
* Wired PNA access for certain buildings
Wired public ports in some buildings on the main campus will be unavailable. Residence halls and the PRC campus will not be affected.
* Automatic configuration tool for "restricted.utexas.edu"
The "restricted.utexas.edu" network itself will be available, but users attempting to configure new devices to connect to it will have to do so manually
* Tiered PNA subscription services
Users will be unable to sign up for new service or change existing services during this time.
* TXShop PNA bandwidth purchases
Users will be unable to purchase additional bandwidth via TXShop during this time.
* Quarantine status page
Users who are quarantined will not get the automatic redirection to the status page informing them of the reason they were quarantined.
