RESTORED: UT EID Updates to Austin Active Directory Unavailable
Service Restored

Service has been restored and all queued updates have been processed. No data was lost during the downtime. 

On Friday, August 1, 2008, at 12:30 p.m., updates to Austin Active Directory from the UT EID system became unavailable. Users who have changed their UT EID passwords since 12:30 p.m. might be unable to log in to Austin Active Directory. ITS is investigating the issue.
