As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/28/2016.

ITS Services Status

RESTORED: Enterprise Directory unavailable, affecting other systems
Service Restored

Service was restored at approximately 8:20 p.m. on Monday, August 11.

The UT EID Self-Service Tools and the UT EID Administrative Tools performance is being impacted by the unavailability of the uTexas Enterprise Directory (TED).  The Web applications are responding, but since certain functions make connections to TED, those processes are timing out/unavailable. The UMBS pages also continue to be affected. ITS is continuing to work to resolve the situation.

The UT EID Self-Service and Administrative tools became unavailable at approximately 5:09 p.m. on Monday, August 11, 2008. The uTexas Enterprise Directory is also reported to be unavailable. This is impacting other systems, such as the UMBS user management interface. ITS staff are working to resolve the situation.
