The problem has been resolved.
UPDATE: A solution has been identified and will be implemented overnight in order to minimize the disruption to those not affected by the problem.
At approximately 11:10 a.m., users began reporting additional problems connecting to the mainframe. This appears to be related to earlier reports. The problem is being investigated. In the meantime, users should continue to try to connect to the mainframe until the connection is successful.
