RESTORED: AEMS Account Management Issues
Service Restored

RESTORED: Between 3:35 and 3:46 p.m. on Wednesday, September 10, 2008, the AEMS (Austin Exchange Messaging Service) account management tools in TRAC began to time out. Departmental account owners were unable to make updates to accounts. The service has been restored and is functioning normally.
