UT Direct and Mainframe Slowdown
Service Restored

On Monday, September 29, 2008, from approximately 8:30 to 9 a.m., users might have experienced slow response times or errors while using UT Direct and mainframe applications.  The problem has been resolved, and ITS is continuing to investigate the issue.
