RESOLVED: Mainframe Slowdown
The problem has been resolved and service response times have returned to normal.
On Tuesday, October 21, 2008, at approximately 11:16 a.m., the mainframe began experiencing an unusually high load, leading to slow response times and associated timeout errors while using UT Direct and mainframe applications. The problem is currently under investigation.
