RESTORED: Processing of Credit Card Payments Interrupted
At 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 29, ITS turned on the credit-card processing servers again. All problems have been resolved and transactions are processing normally.
At approximately 9:15 p.m., the servers stopped responding again. Credit-card processing has been disabled until full service is restored.
The problem has been identified and resolved. ITS turned the credit-card processing servers back on at 4:42 p.m.
On Tuesday, October 28, 2008 at approximately 3:25 p.m., the servers used to process credit-card payments stopped responding. All credit-card processing has been disabled until full service is restored. ITS is investigating the situation and apologizes for any inconvenience.
