As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/28/2016.

Resolved: Mainframe printing problem
Service Restored

The service is restored.

The mainframe printing outage affects UT System, UT El Paso, UT Tyler and UT Permian Basin only. Staff are working to restore the service.

At approximately 3:30 p.m. on 11/12/08, the Mainframe Print service became unavailable. Users may be
experiencing printing delay. This problem has been reported to the service manager and is being investigated.
