Service Restored

Between 3:30 and 4:37p.m. on 12/02/2008, EID Tools service was experiencing problems. During this time, a small number of password resets were lost. The service has been restored and is functioning normally. We will contact the affected users about this problem.

At approximately 3:58p.m. on 12/02/2008, the EID Tools service is experiencing some slow downs. Users may be experiencing poor response time.

At approximately 3:30p.m. on 12/02/2008, the EID Tools service became unavailable. This problem has been reported to the service manager and is being investigated.
