ITS Services Status
Between 4:35p.m. and 4:51p.m. on 12/05/2008, the SmartVoice service was unavailable. During this time, users experienced invalid logins. The service has been restored and is functioning normally.
At approximately 4:35p.m. on 12/05/2008, the SmartVoice service became unavailable. Users may be experiencing trouble with EID logins. This problem has been reported to the service manager and is being investigated.
