ITS Services Status
At approximately 4:40 p.m. on January 3, 2009, the service manager and Microsoft support were not able to complete the upgrade to the new hardware. Austin Disk Services is restored on the old hardware.
At approximately 3:00 p.m. on January 3,2009, the service managers are still investigating with Microsoft support to complete the maintenance. The estimated time for when maintenance will be completed at 5:00 p.m..
Austin Disk Services maintenance, scheduled from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday, January 3, 2009, has been extended. The estimated time for when maintenance will be completed is at 3:00 p.m.. We apologize for this inconvenience.
