BMC Remedy System Trouble/Service Restored
Service Restored

Between 9:19 a.m.and 9:27a.m. on 04/29/2009, the BMC Remedy service began malfunctioning. During this time, users experienced an inability to connect to the server. The service has been restored and is functioning normally.
