As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/19/2016.

Access to AEMS / Service Restored
Service Restored

A specific digital certificate for Secure IMAP (IMAPS) services on a load balancing appliance expired, which caused a warning message for affected mail applications where IMAPS was manually configured to access Austin Exchange Messaging Services (AEMS).  Examples are: Pine, Mail.app and Thunderbird. The problem occurred between 6:59 and 9:10 p.m.

Access to AEMS with default configurations of Outlook, Entourage, Outlook Web Access (OWA) and ActiveSync were unaffected.
