Service restored/memory errors on ITS Remedy mid-tier
This service was restored at 8:59 a.m. on 05?21/2009
At 8:30 AM,on 05/21/2009, the ITS Remedy mid-tier, help.its.utexas.edu (aspirinmt.austin.utexas.edu) was reported to be throwing Java Out of Memory errors.
System administrators are addressing the situation and service is expected to be resumed momentarily.The problem is confined to the web interface to Remedy; the BMC Remedy User tool for Windows continues to access the server normally.
