ITS Services Status
Between 2:47 p.m. and 5:19 p.m. on June 1, 2009, the UT Direct service was malfunctioning. During this time, some users were unable to log in to UT Direct and received a message stating that their UT EID credentials were incorrect. The service has been restored and is functioning normally.
At approximately 3:14 p.m. on June 1, 2009, the UT Direct service was malfunctioning. Users may be experiencing problems logging in. This problem has been reported to the service manager and is being investigated.
