RESTORED: Remedy down
Service Restored

The Remedy server process on ASPIRIN consumed all available CPU cycles and system memory, resulting in Remedy becoming unresponsive.  The server has been restarted, and Remedy is back online as of about 8:10PM.
ITS Windows Enterprise Support staff are investigating the root cause of this interruption, and apologize for any inconvenience.
