BMC AR System E-Mail / service restored
Service Restored

The production BMC Remedy AR System E-mail engine was re-started this morning at 09:59 a.m. after users reported not receiving any e-mail from Remedy. A examination of the AR System e-mail messages form showed 4543 messages in the error state. The messages were re-sent and should arrive within a few minutes.
