As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/19/2016.

BlackBerry Devices Experiencing Intermittent Problems
Service Restored

Research In Motion (RIM), the makers of BlackBerry, reported a system wide failure at approximately 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 17 affecting all BlackBerry users in the Western hemisphere.

ITS has investigated the problem and found instances of intermittent outages for Austin BlackBerry Service between approximately 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 17 and 4:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 18. No data was lost, and currently there are no reports of problems with Austin BlackBerry Service.
