RESTORED:  Ironport   backlogs delaying incoming e-mail
Service Restored

Between 5:00 a.m and 7:30 p.m. on July 1, 2009, the e-mail service was slow. The service has been restored and is functioning normal


At approximately 5:00 a.m. on July 1, 2009, the e-mail service became slow. Users may be experiencing delayed e-mails. This problem has been reported to the service manager and is being investigated. We anticipate restoring service by late tonight.


At approximately 5:00a.m on 07/01/2009 One of three Ironport email filtering service began malfunctioning. Users may be experiencing backlogs of up to over an hour. This problem has been reported to the service manager and is being investigated.
