Service Restored/Help Desk Call Distribution System
At 9:07 a.m. on 07/07/2009 the Help Desk’s A.C.D. system is back up and functioning.
At 8:56 a.m. on 07/07/2009, the service provider for the Help Desk was working to resolve the Automatic Call Distribution system’s problem.
At approximately 8:30 on 07/07/2009 it was reported that the Help Desk Automatic Call Distribution System was down. They are unable to make or receive calls. An investigation is underway and this issue will be resolved as soon as possible.
