RESTORED: Remedy Production Server (ASPIRIN)
At 12:10 p.m. on July 30, 2009, the service has been restored and is functioning normally.
On 07/30/2009 Several people have reported client crashes while viewing Incidents using the Desktop Remedy client. The fixes we’ve implemented require a restart of the AR System Server take effect, and we’ve chosen the noon usage lull to do that Note: The client crashes so far have only affected the windows desktop client—the web client has been functioning correctly (so far as we’ve heard).
The outage is expected to last approximately 8 minutes.
