Blackboard down for upgrade

Service Restored

Blackboard is upgraded to the latest hot fix. This will fix an important UI feature that should make this product much less confusing to faculty.
The upgrade went over schedule. We were down 6am-8:45am. One server is up and running. The others will be upgraded during the day.
The service is available to everyone.

Saturday, August 1, 2009 between 6 am and 10 am, Blackboard will be down for an installation of hot fix 1 (to fix some important UI problems).
