Central Credit Card Processor Issues
Service Restored
As of 9:58 a.m. on 08/12/09, the central credit card processor service has been restored and this system is functioning normally.
At 9:19 a.m. on 08/12/09, we are experiencing timeout issues with the central credit card processor. This is impacting a subsection of credit card clients. Credit card processing has been shut down temporarily for the WHAT I OWE, TUITION AND FEES and the TUITION AND LOANS categories. This problem is being investigated.
