At 8:00 a.m. on 08?17/09, the JIRA service was restored and is now functioning normally.
At 7:27 a.m. on 08/17/2009, the JIRA servers began malfunctioning. Users may be experiencing slow response time. This problem has been reported to the service manager and is being investigated.
