Service restored / Trouble with C.P.S. printing
Service Restored
On 08/18/2009, the C.P.S. print billing server hung. Users experienced an inability to print despite having funds in their accounts. This problem was reported to the service manager and solved at 8:53 a.m. on 08/18/2009. The service is now fully functioning.
