RESTORED: Blackboard performance problem
Service Restored
At 6:56 p.m. Sunday September 13, Blackboard system administrators reported that Blackboard had been very busy, response slow, and that Gradebook had been unresponsive. They responded to the automatic notice and resolved the process that was causing problems. This performance problem occurred from 5:50 p.m. to 6:40 p.m. Blackboard is back to normal and Gradebook should be responding again.
