RESTORED: Austin Disk Services Emergency Failover

Service Restored

At 3:56 p.m. on 09/15 2009, Austin Disk has been completely restarted and is now back online. WES will continue to monitor for any further issues. Windows clients may need to restart the IPSec services on their machines, restart the entire machine or simply wait up to 30 minutes to for the IPSec connection to refresh.


Austin Disk just experienced a critical cluster error and cannot wait for the emergency failover at 5:30 p.m. on 09/15/2009. Austin Disk is undergoing a rolling restart at this time and should come back up in the next few minutes.
