Temporary data loss in OHS
On 10/5/09 the contact data from the Department Contact System was restored within the OHS Contact System at 13:20:13.
The contacts that existed in the Department Contact System in PROD before Saturday were inadvertently deleted from the Organizational Hierarchy System (OHS) Contact System yesterday at approximately 4:50 p.m. The remaining OHS contacts in PROD are the newly-loaded contacts from the Unit Code system. This data loss impacts systems that were using contact data from the Department Contact System only, not from the unit code system.
Analysts are currently working to restore this data, and it should be available by this afternoon. We will send an update as soon as it is restored. Contacts needed before then can be loaded online via OHS at https://utdirect.utexas.edu/ohs/contacts/update-unit-contacts/index.WBX
