Resolved: Macintosh Client Access for Adobe Connect

Service Restored

This issue has been resolved.


At approximately 7:23 p.m. on October 6, 2009, it has been reported that web browser access from Macintosh clients to the Adobe Connect Web Conferencing Service is no longer functioning.  This has been verified for Mac OS 10.5 clients so far. Web browser access from Windows clients is operational and unaffected by the above problem.
Adobe Technical Support will be contacted for problem resolution.  Attempts will be made to resolve the issue outside of normal business hours.
