Service Restored
At 10:30am on 10/08/2009 The slow down has been restored. A workaround is in place.
At 9am on 10/08/2009 our monitoring starting indicating slow HTTP responce from one of the individual Web Central Servers. HTTP request are completing, but much slowly than usual.
This problem has been reported to the service manager and is being investigated.
