Storage Fault with AEMS and Austin Disk
Service Restored
On 10/22/2009 at 1:00pm The service has been restored and is functioning normally.
At approximately 11:00 a.m. on [10/19/09], Storage for AEMS and Austin Disk backups became unavailable. No user-facing systems are affected but restores from backups cannot be performed. This problem has been reported to the service manager and is being investigated.
