Restored: Web Central Oracle Server Problem
Service Restored
At 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 27, 2009 Service was restored, and is functioning normally.
At 9:04 a.m. on Oct. 27, 2009 a hardware problem caused one of the primary Oracle Servers supporting Web Central to be unavailable from 9:04 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. The Server is now restored, but the cause is being investigated.
