RESTORED: Austin Active Directory Servers down
Service Restored
Our configuration management software triggered a failover on one of the Austin Disk active nodes and may have disconnected clients. The service immediately recovered on one of our passive nodes and is now back online. Users may need to reboot their machines to reconnect to Austin Disk. Systems staff are investigating the cause of the configuration management error.
Starting at 3:59p.m., ITS has received reports that the Austin Active Directory services are unavailable. Users may be experiencing an outage. This problem is being investigated.
