RESOLVED:Remedy server restart required
Service Restored
The Remedy 7 service was back up and and both the web and desktop clients are functioning as expected as of 13:40.
Note: the web client will be uncommonly slow until the forms re-cache on the server, which will happen the first time that someone accesses each from the mid-tier. It should be back to normal speed inside fifteen minutes or so.
At 13:34 today the Help Desk reported problems logging into remedy via either the desktop or web client, and others were reporting desktop client crashing.
