RESOLVED: ITS Printing issue
Service Restored
This has been resolved.
At around 2:45 PM, the ITS Help Desk started receiving notices of people who are unable to print on campus labs that use the Pharos software.
Users are getting the error message saying that they don’t have sufficient funds but all of them do. Many have also deposited money recently just to be sure.
