Resolved: EID Admin Tools outage
Service Restored
The EID Administrative and Self-Service web applications are back in service. The root cause of the outage is being investigated. We apologize for the service disruption.
The ITS Help Desk received noticed that the EID Admin Tool is not functioning properly. It’s redirecting to a planned maintenance page. This is possibly related to the TIM/TED maintenance. We’ve notified the developers and they are looking into this problem at the moment.
