The filer that hosts the Java and PyPE environments for utdirect has experienced a hardware failure. Replacing the part will require 30 minutes of downtime. During this time Java and PyPE application requests will be redirected to the ITS alerts page. Other applications (e.g. webAgent) should continue to operate as normal.
