RESOLVED:SPoD development environment unavailable for Test Natural

This problem has been resolved and the Natural Test environment is again available via SPoD.  We are still working to understand the root of the problem.

Connections to Test Natural from the SPoD development tool are failing.  ITS Systems staff are investigating.
This issue affects Natural developers but does not impact any production execution environments.
