ftp.utexas.edu is back online, and all the repositories have been rebuilt.

The ftp.utexas.edu server is currently unavailable. Networking is working on restoring the server, but there is no ETA at this time. Until the server is restored, we recommend users use one of the other public mirrors for the content. We apologize for the inconvenience.
