RESOLVED: SmartVoice down

Service Restored

SmartVoice web services are now back up.

SmartVoice Internet Services are still not responding, and the service stopped trying to restart. rebooting the server

Networking and Telecom are in the process of troubleshooting this issue and it appears the problem may be resolved. Updates as possible.

Update 8:38

The problem has been resolved.

As of 8:32am we are receiving reports at the Help Desk of SmartVoice being down.
