ITS Services Status

RESOLVED:  :Intermittent Loss of mulpitle services

Service Restored

Shibboleth services are back up

One of the servers was stuck, had to clear some files in order to restart it, both shibboleth and shibboleth 2 clusters are all up


The F5 devices are functional and services are restored.

The Shibboleth admin is initiating a rolling restart to restore the service.

A support ticket with F5 has been opened for a post-incident review.

The support conference call and Jabber session have been closed.

ITS-Staff have been released from the support event.

No further updates.

 

 


There is an unspecified issue impacting the F5 application delivery devices.  The following services are down or intermittent:

AEMS
IronPorts: email delivery
Wikis
Blogs
Sharepoint
TED
JIRA
IAM Services: TED, TIM, ID Photos, WHIPS
vDesk
Webspace

Technical staff from ITS-Systems, Networking, and Univerosty Data Centers are investigating.


UPDATE:
System Staff along with Networking are still investigating to resolve the problem
