Service Restored

Blackboard has been returned to service.

Vendor support has been engaged.

Blackboard maintenance continues.

Blackboard maintenance is on-going.

ITS Systems staff needs to restart the Blackboard service at 3p today to address stability concerns.

The system will have to be restarted on all application servers.
