As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/19/2016.

All services have been restored and verified.  If you are experiencing problems please contact the ITS Hep Desk at 475-9400

Systems staff are working to restore and verify the remaining services

As of 3:06pm network has been restored.

As of 2:49pm a networking problem caused disruption to multiple services.

Services affected include:

• Web Central: Restored
• Footprints: Restored
• Oracle RAC: Restored
• OVPD Database: Restored
• Oracle Backups: Restored
• All MSSQL: Restored
• MySQL: Restored
• Portions of Austin Disk: Restored
• UMBS: Restored
• Adobe Connect: Restored
• Sharepoint: Restored
• SecureDoc: Restored
• Mainframe: Restored
