RESOLVED: DE instance of Com-plete
Service Restored

The DE instance of Com-plete, the mainframe 3270 session server used by application developers, started hanging sessions around 12:56pm and eventually became unavailable entirely.  It would not immediately respond to commands to restart but ultimately became available again at 13:32.

ITS Systems staff are now researching the cause of the failure and will work to prevent a recurrence.
