RESOLVED:UTmail Signup Portal - Emergency Maintenance

This maintenance is complete.
The UTmail Signup Portal is functioning normally and all emergency code changes have been backed out.

The UTmail Signup Portal will undergo emergency maintenance today from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  This maintenance is to back out the emergency code changes put in place to work around the SSL certificate issue from Friday. No interruption in service is expected.
